DIY: HANGING TABLE

Look what a gorgeous idea I discovered in the beautiful blog “The merry thought”. This hanging table is so beautiful, so functional and so original and it is not very hard to make it. If you like the idea you can follow the steps to make one for yourself.

And at the end I would like to tell you that the next few days I will be in a small village without internet enjoying sun and the upcoming summer. BAGS & RUCKSACKS BY THISISPAPER

Thisispaper is Warsaw-based design studio, focused on the human side of design. Few days ago, inspired by the blossoming trees and the spring, the studio photograph the new collection of their Thisispaper shopping bags and rucksacks.

IMPRESSIVE HOME OFFICE

After my traveling experiences it is time for me to share also a beautiful home office that I was really impressed by. This place is unique. Not only because of the gorgeous old furniture, but also because of the big double door, the floor and the style which I really like. I would recommend you to check more pictures from this 73sq. meters apartment. It’s worth it.

EXPLORING BULGARIA: OLD PLOVDIV

I’m sorry for the radio silence here, but I dedicated my last week to traveling and relaxation. I visited some interesting places in my home country Bulgaria and I would love to share with you few pictures from Plovdiv. I spent one day there with my girlfriends chitchatting and walking around. It was amazing day full of joy, laughter and some gossips :). I like this place a lot. It has a small, cute streets, old Bulgarian style houses and great atmosphere.

MODERN GYPSY

Have you heard of "For Love & Lemons"? This is an American company that creates special clothes, slightly different and does not completely follow the trends. I personally believe that Bohemian Chic is now quite popular for its beautiful white maxi dresses, heavy jewelry and shabby shoes.

What’s happens when a graphic designer follow her passion for home decor and interior styling? This is actually the story of Eline Rousseau from Belgium and her lovely unique brand - Roomblush. Eline first started with wallpaper collection and finished with complete home label which beautiful collection (at least my favorite part of it) you can see bellow. Lovely isn’t it?

HOW THE DESIGNER AND CRAFTSWOMEN LIVES?

I remember the name and the products of the Australian brand Little Dandelion in relation to the work of one of my favorite Australian stylists - Glen Proebstel. Some time ago he styled a special photoshoot for Jacqui Fink, creator of the home-ware label Little Dandelion. And here is the beautiful home of Jacqui, where you can see her work, some interesting solutions and great mix of old and modern.

DANISH DESIGN BY SKAGEN

I am sure that I already mentioned how big fan I am of the Danish photographer Ditte Isager. And through her beautiful pictures I discovered the Danish company Skagen. 

Found in 1989, Skagen is a contemporary lifestyle brand combining the inspiration of Danish design with functionality. Their products are simple, beautiful with clean design. And here are my favorites.

BEAUTIFUL WHITE HOUSE

I can’t express how much I like this house. I discovered it via the blog “April & May” and… I love it. Everything is white combined with wood. There is stone, beautiful shapes and stunning small garden. 

The house is renovated by the La Buhardi - architectural and graphic design studio from Spain.

A TRUE LOVE FOR CLOTHING

Yet another great talent I’d like to present today. I discovered the brand Elizabeth Suzann on Pinterest. I love her work, her simplicity… but most of all I love her philosophy. For Elizabeth the product has to be not only beautiful but also functional. And I think that this is really important. Because no matter how beautiful one product is, or how high quality its components are, if there’s no real application for it…. it just can be good. And I think that applies not only for the home accessories but also for the clothes. Anyway this topic is really deep and complicated and I don’t want to dig into long discussions. I just wanted you to enjoy these lovely clothes created in the Nashville studio by Elizabeth Suzann.

BOOK TO BUY: THE INSPIRED HOME

It is not secret that one of my most favorite photographers is the Dane Ditte Isager. And I was so happy to hear that together with the stylist Kim Ficaro and the designer Todd Nickey she is involved in a great project. The book “The Inspired Home: Nests of Creatives” includes interesting homes from Italy, New York, Copenhagen, Los Angeles and beyond. The styles vary from bohemian modern to beach chic and show the style of the musicians, stylists, writers, producers, and designers. 

I can’t buy the book now, because of my relocation. But I think that this will be the first book that I will bring in my new home.

LITTLE SUMMER INSPIRATION

It's Friday and I think that we can afford to dream about the summer. I love summer, it is my favorite season and I'm so very excited about it. Every year.
