MY DRAMATIC CORNER AT HOME

I live in a small apartment in Prague. For a long time I wanted to have in my living area a corner with darker walls where I can create a more dramatic portraits. Last week I worked on that and finally I created my dreamt corner and I can't hide that I really like it.

AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL PLACE IN AUSTRALIA

Few days ago via “Desire to Inspire” I came across this gorgeous place in Australia - "Vintage House Daylesford". Kali Cavanagh is responsible for the interiors, styling, custom furniture and layout design here. She combined here wood, metal and all shades of white where the antique vintage and industrial furniture just pops out in all their beauty. 

All this makes me feel so sorry that Australia is so far away.

COZY SCANDINAVIAN HOME

I was quite impressed by this beautiful home office today. It's a bit messy, but I like it, it has IKEA furniture mixed with vintage items from the flea market and gorgeous color palette in white, black and brown coming from the wood. But not only the home office is impressive there - also take a look at the living area where you will find a beautiful "Barcelona" chair, cute dog and plenty of textures. Simple, cozy and beautiful.

WHEN COPPER MEETS JAPANESE AESTHETICS

I came across a stunning online store with beautiful Japanese products created by talented designers. "analogue life" offers products for everyday life that are handcrafted. I can't show you all of them, but I've picked three amazing copper products: beautiful scissors by TajiKa, because I currently have a crush on Japanese style scissors, very elegant copper pitcher by Sfera and one amazing copper kettle by Yumi Nakamura.  

I think that when copper meets Japanese aesthetics everything becomes really beautiful and delicate. One day when I have my own home I will have these three items in there for sure.

LOFT IN NEW YORK

How gorgeous is this loft apartment! It is located in Soho, New York in a beautiful house built in 1860s. The apartment has amazing high ceilings and large windows. We can really enjoy the colors and my favorite idea of mixing old and new. By the way all the admiration should go the British interior design company Ochre.

THREE TOURS THAT YOU MUST NOT MISS AND HAPPY FRIDAY

Hello. It is Friday. Ye-e-e-y.

This week all of us who are constantly looking for inspiration could enjoy new ideas and beautiful photography from talented and creative people. I decided to share with you three of the most impressive tours that you don't have to miss too. Let’s get started.

1. Daniella Witte this week shared few pictures from her beautiful white studio. Everything that this Swedish lady touches is so beautiful, stylish and inspiring. 

2. Better late than never, so quickly have a look of the home of another amazing photographer from New York - Alice Gao. 

Alice has a great sense for style and is something like Instagram phenomenon. If you are fan of this application you can follow Alice. I promise to all you foodies, interior stalkers and beauty lovers will find something interesting there. 

3. And our last tour will bring us really far away to Auckland, New Zealand. There, the great stylist and photographer Kara Rosenlund discovers a gorgeous store and will make us dream and want all of the items inside / via french by design /.

"NAP" CHAIRS BY KASPER SALTO

Kasper Salto is a Danish designer with plenty of prestigious awards and a style that is a combination between Danish tradition of furniture design and industrial design. He designed NAP - a series of light stacking chairs in 2010 for Fritz Hansen. I really like the white version of this chairs without the armrests.
